Nicholas (Nick) Heisdorffer serves as the Executive Vice President at Atlas Advisory Partners, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across financial technology, banking operations, and managed services transformation. Nick has built a distinguished career at the intersection of banking and fintech, earning a reputation for driving strategic growth, elevating client engagement, and leading high-performing teams.

Nick’s background includes more than a decade in community banking, where he managed deposit operations, branch networks, cash vault services, and frontline teams. He also led core system conversion initiatives, successfully migrating more than 50 banks. Later, as Vice President and Director of Treasury Management Sales, he built and led a commercial division serving the institution’s largest corporate clients.

Transitioning into fintech sales leadership, Nick held senior roles across multiple technology providers and a community bank core processing service bureau. His work has consistently helped financial institutions modernize operations, strengthen digital capabilities, and enhance the customer experience. Nick is known for his ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, strategic value for C suite leaders while navigating multi stakeholder engagements with precision and confidence.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and has maintained a Certified Cash Management credential, along with multiple OEM sales certifications including HPE, Nutanix, and Palo Alto Networks.

In his role at Atlas Advisory Partners, Nick leads growth strategy and client engagement efforts, partnering closely with financial institutions to deliver meaningful savings, stronger contracts, and long term strategic outcomes.
