With more than 35 years of experience across banking, government, and the nonprofit sector, Laurie Venzon is a proven leader focused on helping organizations strengthen financial and operational performance. At Atlas Advisory Partners, Laurie brings deep expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations to help banks and credit unions achieve measurable savings and stronger agreements.

Laurie previously served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where she led the Strategic Sourcing division and managed a $5B portfolio supporting the bank’s domestic and international operations. Across eleven mergers and acquisitions, she and her team delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in savings through contract negotiations, vendor management, outsourcing initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

In consulting, Laurie has spent the last six years negotiating a wide range of technology agreements for regional banks and credit unions, including core, digital, mortgage, and other ancillary systems. She has helped clients save millions of dollars while also securing strong contractual terms and protections that support long-term outcomes.

Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
